So remember when I use to be super gung-ho about this blog and posted like crazy all the time and loved food. Yeahh.. about that.. I can’t believe it’s been so long since I last posted! I can’t believe I haven’t gone back to a turtle race since!!!
You know how it goes, new job, more responsibilities, wedding planning, family drama, things happen. That’s when you sit back, realize you need to take life into perspective and eat a fat ass cheeseburger.
Bun, meat, bacon and cheese – that’s how I roll when I eat burgers; none of that fancy green stuff that makes your burger get all slippy-slidey when you’re trying to bite into it causing the inevitable squish and gush outta the back end of the burger type situation. You could go the “all dirty hands” route and use your pinky’s to save the insides but I’m a lady and ladies eat delicately. amiright!? HA!
So you’re probably wondering why I have my burger upside down like that.. I don’t like it when the meat is warm/wet-ish then causes the soggy burger syndrome so I flip it up so it cools down a bit thus allowing less soakage. Science my friends, science.
Today I’m dipping my burger into ketchup before I take a bite. wow..
Heading up to Austin this weekend so hopefully I can get some good pictures. Good pictures lead to new blog posts and new blog posts leads to more followers and new followers means I finally beat RSP.
